This position will cover the Wapello County program.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for hiring, development and supervision of Direct Support Staff and Office Personnel
- Responsible for planning, coordination and management of services
- Responsible for oversight of trainings and team meetings
- Responsible for oversight of staff schedule
- Responsible for Quality Assurance of local program
- Responsible for referrals and intakes
- Responsible for program growth in conjunction with the Executive Director
- Implementation of agency quality improvement initiatives
- On-Call
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, (or other related field) preferred; or 2 years of experience providing services to persons with intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and/or brain injury or case management.
- Supervision experience preferred.
- Driver’s License and car insurance (required)
- Must pass a background check
- Must reside within 30 minutes of domicile within the first 90 days of employment.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base salary starts at $21.50 per hour. Pay based on experience.

SCHEDULE:
- Typically, 8 hours shifts, Monday – Friday. Flexibility in this schedule is required to meet members and agency needs and outcomes.
- On-Call rotation
