Insight Partnership Group, LLC is an agency which provides in-home services to our neighbors with an Intellectual Disability, Brain Injury, or Chronic Mental Illness.

Responsibilities include:
- Conduct Individual Specific Training.
- Conduct Medication/Service Documentation Training with staff.
- Conduct on-site staff training.
- Schedule problem-solving.
- Assist with completing monthly progress reports.
- Follow the direction of the Executive Director and Service Coordinator in completing daily assigned tasks.
- Answer phones and greet customers.
- Provide Quality Assurance of Medicaid Documentation.
- Review timesheets.
- Assist with completing HR documents.
- Participate in the on-call rotation.
- Provide direct care as needed.
Educational Requirements:
- A High School diploma and a minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals in the served population. A four-year college degree in a human service-related field may be substituted for the two years of experience.
Required:
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of current vehicle insurance
- Background check
