Insight Northwest Recovery is seeking two dedicated Mental Health Therapists to join our collaborative, trauma-informed team. You’ll be working with clients ages 12 in an Integrated Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Program, supporting their mental health and recovery journey in a meaningful, life-changing way.

Your Role:

As an IOP Mental Health Therapist, you will be a key part of our clinical team, facilitating group therapy and providing individual support to clients navigating mental health and substance use challenges. You'll help create a safe, structured, and empowering environment where healing and growth are possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance use assessments for new clients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions that promote emotional processing, skill-building, and peer support.
  • Provide initial and ongoing individual therapy to support clients’ recovery journeys.
  • Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with state and organizational standards.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay current on best practices and emerging treatment modalities.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) and current registration as an intern or associate with the appropriate Oregon board (e.g., LPC-Associate, CSWA, LMFT-Associate).
  • Passion for working with youth (ages 12 ) and young adults in an intensive outpatient setting.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical documentation skills.
  • A team player mindset with a genuine commitment to compassionate client care.
