Role Description
We are growing and looking for a passionate and driven Talent Coordinator to support our expanding talent division. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who lives and breathes creator culture. You'll work directly alongside our talent managers to support some of the most influential digital voices in the industry, helping translate creative vision into brand-defining partnerships and career-shaping moments. Responsibilities:
Talent & Business Operations
- Coordinate with Finance to keep invoicing, payments, and revenue tracking accurate and on schedule.
- Serve as an operational backbone for Talent Manager, handling administrative needs across their full roster, including scheduling and coordination.
- Own the upkeep of internal tools including deal pipelines, talent trackers, and campaign dashboards.
- Bridge communications and logistics across Brand Partnerships, Product, Finance, and Legal.
- Keep a close eye on campaign timelines, deliverables, and contract obligations to prevent anything from slipping.
Talent Representation & Development
- Jump into talent and client meetings as an active contributor, not just a note-taker.
- Play a hands-on role in day-to-day talent relationship management, from quick check-ins to longer-term career conversations.
- Help build out monetization strategies spanning brand deals, licensing, and emerging revenue channels.
- Scan for growth opportunities within the roster and bring ideas to the table on partnerships and content directions.
Talent Scouting & Industry Research
- Build and maintain a living pipeline of prospective talent that reflects current business priorities.
- Use social listening tools and analytics platforms to back talent decisions with real data.
- Keep tabs on shifts in the creator economy, platform changes, rising stars, competitor moves.
- Evaluate new talent through the lens of audience fit, engagement quality, and long-term brand alignment.
Deal Support & Contract Coordination
- Track the financial performance of campaigns and feed findings into reporting cycles.
- Get hands-on with deal execution, chasing approvals, pulling together materials, and flagging key terms.
- Work alongside Legal and Finance to make sure contracts check out against internal benchmarks/
- Pick up fluency in how deals are structured, what rates look like across the industry, and how terms get negotiated/
Revenue & Performance
- Dig into the business model to understand where revenue comes from and where there's room to grow
- Flag new monetization opportunities as you spot them across the talent portfolio.
- Help move sales opportunities forward and make sure client deliverables land on time and on brief.
- Keep performance metrics organized and accessible so the team always knows where things stand.
Relationship Management & Collaboration
- Show up professionally at industry events and networking settings as a face of the company.
- Stay responsive and polished in all outbound communications with talent and external partners.
- Lock in alignment across departments so nothing gets lost between teams.
- Invest in long-term relationships with talent, clients, and brands not just transactional ones.

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or digital media at an agency
- Strong working knowledge of the influencer landscape, especially in female lifestyle, beauty, and fashion
- Interest in developing a career in talent management and representation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be comfortable in client- and talent-facing roles
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Flexibility in work hours to accommodate campaigns and deadlines across time zones
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset: you don't wait to be told what to do — you see a gap and fill it
Bonus Points:
- Experience with influencer contract review or licensing agreements
- Existing relationships within the brand, agency, or creator ecosystem
- Familiarity with short-form video production trends, creator monetization strategies, or UGC landscape
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Mac, Slack, Hubspot, Loveable, Adobe, Canva, and other relevant tools and technology.
