What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Research Analyst, Municipal Bonds (Boston) position at Insight Investment?
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Research Analyst (Municipal Bonds) to develop/affirm timely research recommendations of general obligation and revenue bonds within both the investment grade and high yield spectrums.
Role Responsibilities:
- Communicate with the investment team to determine relative value, as well as communicate current views
- Collaborate with the team to develop, articulate and implement strategic and tactical recommendations
- Publish research papers for both internal and external use.
- Participate in presentations to clients and investment consultants.
Experience Required:
- Relevant experience covering municipal securities
- Experience covering healthcare credits, revenue sectors and states/locals
- Understanding of relative value within the municipal market
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative environment
- CFA or progress towards attaining the CFA designation is preferred
