We're seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large commercial and data center projects in the Salt Lake City area. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for driving safety, quality, schedule, and production while coordinating subcontractors and ensuring successful project execution from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Lead day-to-day field operations on large-scale construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and trade partners
- Drive project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics
- Champion a strong safety culture and quality standards
- Collaborate with project managers, owners, inspectors, and stakeholders
- Resolve field challenges and keep projects moving forward
What We're Looking For
- 7 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects or data centers
- Proven experience leading large, complex builds
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and sequencing
- Proficiency with Procore and Primavera P6
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, shop drawings, and project schedules
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
