Position Title: Configuration Analyst
Clearance Requirement: Secret
Location: Boulder, CO
Duration: 9-month contract to hire
Compensation Range(s) below: ($40-$67/hour for the first 9-month of employment before badge flip)
Primary Level Salary Range: $75,800.00 - $113,800.00
Secondary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00
Configuration Analyst - Level 2 or 3
This requisition may be filled at a higher level based on the qualifications listed below.
This requisition may be filled at a Configuration Analyst – Level 2 or a Principal Configuration Analyst - Level 3.
Basic Qualifications:
- Configuration Analyst – Level 2: Bachelor’s Degree plus 2 years of relevant experience in Configuration Management (CM)/Data Management (DM); or a Master’s Degree plus 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Principal Configuration Analyst – Level 3: Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years of relevant experience in Configuration Management (CM)/Data Management (DM); or a Master’s Degree plus 3 years of relevant experience; or a PhD. and 1 year of relevant experience.
- Applicants must be a have a current active in-scope US Government issued Secret security clearance at the time of application, which is required to start work.
- Applicants must be able to work onsite and in-person within a closed-area work environment full-time.
- Ability and willingness to travel 10% to support business needs.
- Experience understanding and translating contractual requirements into program planning activities
- Experience using configuration and data management tools
- Experience managing customer deliverables (CDRLs) and supplier deliverables (SDRLs)
- Experience working configuration management in a highly regulated industry
- Experience performing and analyzing data integrity scans
- Experience conducting product peer reviews
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business/project management, computer information systems, or sciences & analytics preferred
- Engagement in 1-2 professional engineering or project management organizations
- Experience with Agile Program Management
- Experience using Confluence and Jira
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) tools
- Experience applying the CM/DM Standard of ANSI/EIA-649
- Experience supporting and presenting at program reviews
