Develop and enforce site‑specific safety plans for industrial construction projects

Lead daily or weekly safety meetings and toolbox talks

Walk job sites to identify hazards and correct unsafe conditions

Investigate incidents, near misses, and injuries

Ensure OSHA, client, and insurance compliance

Train employees and subcontractors on safety procedures

Track safety metrics like TRIR, DART, and incident trends

Work with superintendents and project managers to plan safe work execution

Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
