We are seeking a Regional Manager to oversee the overall operations of our assigned office in Seattle, Washington. This pivotal senior management position is responsible for managing daily tasks, ensuring effective sales and financial performance, and overseeing administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable balances and directly oversee Office Project Directors, Project Managers, and administrative staff.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal employees and clients.
- Make informed decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably managing teams across multiple sites.
- Operational experience with a larger organization (15 million ).
- Leadership experience managing a team of 8 or more.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial statements.
Nice to Have:
- IICRC Certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD, CDS, OCT, FSRT).
- Experience working with insurance adjusters.
