Position: Quality Assurance Manager
Location: Lusby, MD, Warrenville, IL, Kennett Square, PA -> or internationally
Shifts/Schedule: Mon-Fri; 40 hrs - HYBRID
Certifications:
- ISO 9001
- CQM
- Osha
- Standard 100-300 series
Must Haves:
- BS Engineering 6-10 years Electrical or Construction experience
- Experience working with High Voltage equipment
- Working with breakers, substations, transformers
- Excellent Computer Skills professional-level experience , including 3 years
- Standard - Microsoft suite
- MBA of equivalent quality assurance experience or 15 years of professional level power plant experience in Construction Management, Operations, Maintenance or Engineering with at least 5 years of equivalent quality assurance experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of QA Program, NRC regulations and Code requirements for implementation and resolution QA program issues
- Demonstrated ability to interface with senior management and clearly communicate issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA and 15 (will determine pay)
- Bachelors is also preferred
- Nuclear Experience
Day-To-Day:
The individual in Construction Oversight program is responsible for the resolution of quality control or related technical quality issues. Responsible for maintaining and interpreting the construction design basis documents associated with the QA Program. Duties include governance, oversight and support of Commercial project construction. Prioritize and communicate Commercial and Nuclear construction quality issues to senior management and assure issue resolution.
Salary : $100,000 - $160,000
