Required Skills & Experience :
3 years of work experience in fast paced service delivery environment, telecommunications or data industries.
Experience in project management preferred.
Must be organized, detailed-oriented and enjoy a team environment
Must be proficient, professional, and able to correlate good business decisions when assisting the sales team and the service delivery team
Excellent oral and written communications required.
Strong Microsoft Office (Exchange, Outlook, Excel, etc.) skills required.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience :

- Experience with ServiceNow or Salesforce
