Job Description
An Oregon-based semiconductor equipment manufacturer is hiring for a Process Technician to support advanced failure analysis and process qualification work within a cleanroom environment. The Process Technician will be responsible for running experiments, adjusting process parameters, collecting data, and collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes. This position plays a critical role in ensuring equipment performance, process accuracy, and overall production quality.
Must Haves
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting.
- Ability to perform technical experiments, adjust process parameters, and document results.
Nice to Haves
- Experience in a semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Experience with DB, FIB, TEM or other advanced metrology tools.
- Background in preventative maintenance and equipment calibration.
- Familiarity with data tracking, charting, and reporting test results.
- Experience in cleanroom environments and adherence to strict safety protocols.
