JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking an Experienced Life Cycle Management (LCM) Process Engineer to support a government program of a large aerospace client in Warner Robins, GA. This customer‑facing role supports a multidisciplinary team responsible for the sustainment of the program‑wide Engineering Data Repository System (EDARS), including standardized and optimized processes. The engineer will collaborate with a globally distributed C‑17 engineering team, USAF and FMS customers, and support various engineering and program investigations, including the C‑17 Delegation of Engineering Authority (DEA) program. Responsibilities include developing and implementing EDARS tools to support Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis and preventive actions; supporting Reliability & Maintainability personnel, cognizant engineers, and DEA leadership in developing, analyzing, and submitting multiple Contract Data Requirement List (CDRL) deliverables; supporting the annual DEA Program Assessment; and frequently interfacing with USAF/FMS engineering stakeholders.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
STEM Degree
5 years of experience performing complex systems engineering or system integration work.
5 years of experience in aerospace industry
3 years of experience with Functional Hazard Analysis (FHAs), FMEA's, Airplane Level Threats (Particular Risk Analyses), Fault Trees, and/or System Safety Assessments (SSAs).
1 of experience in Engineering process development and process integration.
- Experience influencing stakeholders across multiple organizations to define and drive common objectives.
