Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our Commercial Lending Group at our banking client. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process improvements in our annual review process, revising and implementing new workflow tools, updating governance and reporting, simplifying processes, and enhancing business robustness from a governance perspective. This role aims to increase speed and capacity within our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Lending Project: Lead and manage process improvement initiatives within the commercial lending ecosystem.
- Process Optimization: Identify and eliminate manual work across various processes to enhance efficiency.
- Speed Enhancement: Implement strategies to accelerate process timelines and improve overall speed.
- Automation: Utilize automation tools to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.
- End-to-End Process Reengineering: Oversee the complete reengineering of commercial lending processes to ensure optimal performance.
- Annual Review Processes: Improve and simplify the annual review processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all process improvements and changes.
- Governance and Reporting: Update governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to ensure compliance and robust oversight.
