A client of Insight Global is seeking licensed Pharmacists to join its growing pharmacy team across multiple locations in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. DAY‑TO‑DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fill, verify, and dispense prescriptions
- Provide patient counseling & pharmaceutical care
- Administer vaccines
- Maintain compliance with federal/state/local regulations
- Manage inventory, including controlled substances
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized pharmacy
- Collaborate with technicians & store leadership
- Act as manager on duty when scheduled
- Support MTM, clinical programs, community health initiatives
- Deliver excellent customer service
MUST HAVES
- Active pharmacist license in good standing
- Strong communication & customer service skills
- Willingness to work community pharmacy (vaccines, counseling, MTM)
- Clean license
- Must be able to do vaccines
- Flexibility with scheduling
- 1 year in retail pharmacy
PLUSES
- Experience with vaccines, MTM, high‑volume retail
- Comfort managing technicians & store operations
SCHEDULE & SHIFTS
- 32 hours/week guaranteed
- Flex up to 40 hours as needed
- Work week: Sunday–Saturday
- Provide availability for 5 days; may only work 4
- Weekend requirement: 2 weekends per 4‑week period (Sat Sun)
- Floater schedules vary; may cover multiple stores
- Mileage reimbursement drive time provided
- Most stores: 8 AM–8 PM (Mon–Fri)
- Weekend hours vary
- No on‑call
- Pharmacists largely make their own schedule
Compensation:
$109,000 to $119,000 per year annual salary.
