PC Technician

We are seeking a dedicated PC Deployment Technician with experience in PC hardware and Windows 11 to join our team. This role involves deploying PCs within a Windows environment, setting up hardware, and troubleshooting network issues. This role will include walking and carrying PC’s, so must be comfortable. Each technician will be responsible for 5-10 PC’s per day. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PCs, printers, and USB ports.
• Deploy and manage Windows 11 systems within a networked environment.
• Perform network-related tasks such as pinging IP addresses, mapping printers, and managing network sharing.
• Ensure compliance with Nevada gaming regulations and maintain an active Nevada gaming license.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a technician.
• Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting PCs, printers, and USB ports.
• Experience with Windows 11 and deployments within a Windows environment.
• Ability to perform network tasks including pinging IP addresses, mapping printers, and network sharing.

$15/hr to $17/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
