We are seeking a Mortgage System Administrator or Manager to join the Mortgage Operations team for a banking client in Johnston, IA. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of the loan origination software system (Encompass).
The administrator will be responsible for the effective configuration, operation, maintenance, and enhancement of the Encompass systems. They will act as a liaison with the IBA technology department for IT-managed system changes. As an individual contributor, this person will work alongside 2-3 peers and report to the VP, Business Operations Manager.
The manager will be overseeing the team of administrators.
Requirements
- Loan Origination System experience - Encompass preferred but not required
- Leadership experience required for the manager role
Salary : $95,000 - $160,000
