What are the responsibilities and job description for the Model Based Systems Engineer position at Insight Global?
Insight Global is seeking two Model Based Systems Engineers to sit in Dayton supporting Digital Engineering and Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts on multiple dedicated DoD programs. This individual will leverage Cameo/MagicDraw (preferred) or other SysML-based tools to develop and maintain system models, manage requirements, and collaborate with engineering teams and customer stakeholders. Responsibilities include translating customer needs into actionable architectures and models, participating in model reviews and integration efforts, and helping define evolving Digital Engineering processes and standards.
Required Experience:
- MBSE modeling experience with Cameo, MagicDraw or SysML
- Completed STEM degree
- DoD clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Hands on model development experience
Salary : $115,000 - $170,000
