Desktop Support Engineer
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide top-tier hardware and software support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting and break/fix support skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is required, along with 5 years of experience working in a Windows environment.
Prior knowledge of Microsoft Azure is highly preferred, as well as proficiency in ServiceNow ticketing systems or other platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting software applications and providing software support
- Resolving complex technical issues using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Providing excellent customer service and communication skills
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of incidents and resolutions
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolution
