About the Role
We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician 3 to support wafer processing and measurement operations in a clean room environment. This role is hands‑on and detail‑driven, with responsibility for running tools, handling wafers, and completing required documentation while following strict quality and audit standards.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
• Perform thin film deposition on wafers and operate measurement tools
• Handle wafers carefully using high‑precision and contamination‑controlled processes
• Run tools using predefined recipes and review results for accuracy
• Troubleshoot tools, wafers, or process issues independently
• Complete Excel‑based certifications and QCNs
• Follow all company policies and procedures due to frequent quality, inventory, and accounting audits
Required Qualifications
• Semiconductor or clean room experience is required and must be clearly shown on your resume
• Working knowledge of wafers, clean room protocols, gowning, and contamination control
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Basic computer skills using Excel and Word
Clean Room Expectations
• Full bunny suit required daily
• Candidates must be comfortable working in a clean room environment
Salary : $170,000 - $200,000
