Position: Logistics Coordinator

Ongoing Contract

West Palm Beach, FL

Pay Rate: $30-35 Hourly

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2 years of Logistics or Project Management Experience
  • Knowledge of Unifier or other Reporting Systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Keen understanding of schedules and planning


Job Description:

The Construction/ electrical utilities logistics coordinator will meet with drivers to Collect the Bill of Lading (BOL) from drivers: Sign, date, and upload into Unifier daily.

Utilize multiple reporting platforms on a daily and weekly basis.

-Logistics Coordinator Weekly Report

-Identify potential changes in delivery schedules, offload workflow, and staffing issues due to weather, equipment, and other delays.
