A client of Insight Global is hiring Investment Counselors and Wealthbuilders to support an Investments’ Private Client Group. These roles are part of a long-term career path focused on building trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients while delivering exceptional service and investment education.

Investment Counselor
- Comp: $85–95k base $20k bonus (OTE ~$105–115k)
In this role, you’ll manage a personal book of approximately 200 high‑net‑worth clients ($1M net worth) and act as their primary point of contact. You’ll proactively reach out to each client at least quarterly to review portfolios, discuss market updates, and ensure their investments remain aligned with long‑term goals. This position is relationship‑focused only — no cold calling or sales responsibilities — and clients are provided to you over time. Day‑to‑day work centers on building trusted relationships, educating clients on a top‑down investment strategy, and partnering with internal teams like portfolio management, research, sales, and client service to deliver a seamless experience.
Skills & Experience
- 3 years of client facing advising/relationship building within financial services, wealth management, banking, or insurance industries
- Bachelors degree (highly preferred)

WealthBuilder Counselor
- Comp: $80–85k base $20k bonus (OTE ~$105k)
This is an entry‑level development role designed to prepare you for managing your own clients. You’ll work on a team of four, supporting about 1,400 clients with $500K–$1M in assets, with required outreach once per year. The focus is on learning client service, investment strategy, and internal systems while supporting relationship management at a team level. You’ll review asset allocations, respond to client requests, coordinate with internal teams, and complete licensing (Series 65) through a structured training program. Over time, you’ll take on more responsibility with the opportunity to advance into a role managing your own high‑net‑worth client book.
Skills & Experience -
- 1-2 years of industry experience in financial services, wealth management, banking or insurance.
- Required to pass the Series 65 (we provide robust training and support once you start)
- Bachelors degree (highly preferred)
