Required Qualifications

- Previous warehouse, stockroom, inventory control, shipping/receiving, or material handling experience required.
- Experience working with ERP systems preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform warehouse activities for extended periods.

Position Overview
The Inventory Specialist will support stockroom and warehouse operations. They will ensure the accurate receipt, storage, tracking, movement, and shipment of inventory. This individual must possess relevant warehouse and inventory experience and be capable of performing all assigned tasks at a high rate of proficiency. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with ERP systems and Excel, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming parts and materials and accurately enter receipts into the ERP system.
- Label, organize, and put away inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick, scan, and track parts and kits using ERP systems and Excel spreadsheets.
- Maintain complete inventory traceability, including batch, lot, and serial number documentation.
- Monitor and track the movement of inventory from picking through final shipment.
- Prepare, pack, and crate shipments while ensuring quality inspections have been completed.
- Maintain accurate records of shipped, scanned, and pending inventory using Excel spreadsheets.
- Report, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Perform ERP system transactions, including:
- Inventory receipts
- Inventory movements/transfers
- Issuing materials to jobs/projects
- Other inventory-related transactions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Move products and materials using a pallet jack.
- Assist with additional stockroom and warehouse duties as assigned.
