Position: IT Support Specialist
Location: Plantation, FL
2-3 Month Contract with Possible Extension
Pay Rate: $25- $28 Hourly Based On Experience

Must-Haves:
- 3-5 years of IT Support experience
- ServiceNow Ticketing experience
- Setting up devices/computers for employees
- Experience managing inventory
- Strong experience within Hardware & Software IT Support and Troubleshooting Devices
- Experience configuring devices (printers, computers, tablets, mobile, etc)
- Able to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation
Plusses:
- A Certification or other IT Certifications
- Experience with either Mobile iOS or Android devices is required (mobile or tablet)
Day to Day:
The Hardware & Software IT Support Specialist role will support and maintain in-house technology equipment and IT assets. This includes imaging, installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading assets for deployment to customer facing sites as well as internal sites. The right candidate will maintain reports on activities, track projects, prepare metrics, maintain inventory levels, and provide recommendations on emerging technology. This position will conduct research on computer products in support of procurement and development in an effort to evaluate and recommend hardware products for purchase. Role acts as a point of contact for hardware and will involve multiple teams and departments within the company.

- Prepare, maintain, and uphold procedures for logging, reporting, and monitoring hardware levels
- Accurately document instances of hardware failure, repair, installation, and removal
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on providing recommendations on IT assets
- Where required, provide on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of related assets
- Develop and maintain an inventory of all IT assets
- Automation Technology image, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware and software
- Construct and test customized configurations based on various platforms and operating systems
- If necessary, liaise with third-party support and vendors
