Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 8-month contract possible extension
Pay Rate: $23.41-24.08/hr
Core Responsibilities
- Partner onboarding
- Monthly partner outreach and reporting follow‑ups (varied formats)
- Tracking contract value and agreement terms
- Identifying missing partner hygiene markers
- Direct partner engagement via email and occasional phone calls
Must Haves
- Hands‑on experience working with ISV / technology partners
- Strong organization, follow‑through, and relationship coordination skills
- High ownership, humility, and attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive operational work
- Business acumen and customer‑facing communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Willing to engage partners by phone when needed
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Ticketing systems
- Asana or similar work management tools
