Our client is looking for a sales representative to manage HVAC residential and contractor sales within a well-established wholesale distributorship, supporting a designated Sales Center and territory. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, consistently working to grow a reliable and profitable client base. The sales representative will actively pursue new accounts and dealers, develop market strategies, and maintain regular in-person and direct communication with assigned clients to drive engagement and retention. This individual takes a proactive approach to identifying sales opportunities, resolving customer concerns quickly and professionally, and ensuring alignment with established sales goals and company initiatives. Additionally, the role involves representing the company at industry events, dealer meetings, and product shows, while staying up to date on product knowledge and technical developments through ongoing training.
Must-Haves:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of HVAC sales experience, preferably in a wholesale distribution setting
- Experience building relationships with residential and/or commercial contractors
- Familiarity with HVAC products (heating, cooling, ventilation equipment and parts)
- Positive, proactive attitude with a “go-getter” mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
Plusses:

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
