Description:
Insight Global is seeking an HR Generalist for one of their clients in the Chattanooga area within the Financial Services industry. This individual will play a key role in supporting leaders and employees by fostering positive employee experiences and serving as a trusted people partner across the organization. On a daily basis, they will collaborate with managers to provide guidance on performance development, employee engagement, and compliant people practices for a multi-state workforce. The HR Generalist will lead onboarding efforts, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires through accurate documentation, I-9 completion, and HRIS setup. They will support essential HR processes such as FMLA administration and employee transitions, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with leadership to identify trends, support performance improvement initiatives, and gather feedback through exit interviews. Additionally, the HR Generalist will contribute to the ongoing administration and optimization of the HRIS to support accurate data and efficient day-to-day HR operations.
