Requirements / Background
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field)
- 3–5 years experience in supply chain, operations, or planning
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a global environment
- APICS certification (preferred)

- Advanced Excel (modeling, scenario analysis)
- ERP/MRP systems (SAP, JDE, Blue Yonder or similar)
- Tableau / Power BI / Alteryx (preferred)
- Demand, supply, and inventory planning
- IBP / S&OP processes
- Data analysis, forecasting, and KPI tracking
Core Responsibilities & Impact
- Owned end-to-end global planning for a complex product portfolio (demand, supply, distribution, inventory, and new product launches)
- Led supply network planning including MPS, dual-source production, and scenario modeling using advanced Excel analysis
- Managed SKU variant complexity, capacity planning, and global inventory allocation across multiple manufacturing sources
- Monitored distribution performance vs. plan, improved DRP processes, and supported network optimization initiatives
- Coordinated Integrated Business Planning (IBP), consolidating global forecasts and aligning commercial, financial, and operational plans
- Improved inventory health by identifying excess/obsolete stock (SLOB), conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions
- Supported new product introductions (NPI), including SKU rationalization and phase-in/phase-out execution
- Drove performance against KPIs: OTIF, backorders, forecast accuracy (MAPE/Bias), and inventory targets
- Built dashboards and reporting (forecast waterfall, service levels, inventory) to support executive decision-making
- Partnered cross-functionally with planning, manufacturing, product management, finance, quality, and external suppliers
- Contributed to process improvements using Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to reduce cost and increase flexibility
- Delivered executive-level presentations and weekly performance updates
