We are hiring a GSOC Operator to join a Global Security Operations Center responsible for monitoring systems, managing incidents, and supporting enterprise-level security operations. This role is critical in ensuring safety, business continuity, and rapid response to emerging threats across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do
Monitoring & Response
- Monitor CCTV, alarm systems (fire, intrusion, duress), and access control platforms
- Triage inbound calls, alerts, and incidents in real time
- Dispatch security personnel, emergency responders, or internal teams as needed
Incident Management
- Identify, assess, and escalate incidents (security threats, emergencies, system failures)
- Document and maintain detailed incident reports and logs
- Follow escalation protocols across internal departments (IT, HR, Facilities, etc.)
Travel & Threat Monitoring
- Track global events and risks impacting employees/travelers
- Provide real-time support and advisories for travel-related incidents
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a central point of contact during incidents and critical events
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to resolve issues efficiently
Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Perform routine system checks across surveillance and monitoring tools
- Support process improvements and operational enhancements
- Assist with onboarding/training of new team members where required
What You Bring
Experience
- 1–3 years in a GSOC, SOC, dispatch, security operations, or emergency response environment
- Background in corporate security, law enforcement, or military is a strong asset
Technical Skills
- Experience with CCTV, access control systems, and alarm monitoring platforms
- Exposure to threat intelligence tools, SIEM, or open-source monitoring tools is an asset
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and reporting tools

Nice to Have

Salary : $24 - $31
