Foreman

Insight Global is partnering with one of the fast-growing national AV, security, and IT contractor. This company is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a Foreman. This position will be located on-site at one of their data-center clients. This is a great opportunity for the right person to join one of the fastest-growing businesses in the data center space. The hours are 6:30 - 3 PM and this is anticipated to be a 9-month contract with possibility for extension.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3 years of experience a Foreman at a data center or large construction project

- Strong understanding of low-voltage, structure cabling, and mission critical work

- Background in QA/QC

- OSHA 30

Responsibilities Include:

• Crew Supervision — Directs and supports workers, assigns tasks, monitors performance, and ensures productivity throughout the workday.
• Project Coordination — Works with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to keep schedules, materials, and workflows aligned.
• Quality Control — Inspects work to ensure it meets project specifications, industry standards, and client expectations.
• Safety Oversight — Enforces safety protocols, conducts toolbox talks, and ensures compliance with OSHA and company policies.
• Problem Solving — Identifies issues on the job site and resolves them quickly to avoid delays or hazards.
• Reporting & Documentation — Completes daily logs, tracks labor and materials, and communicates progress to supervisors or project managers.
• Training & Mentorship — Guides new or less experienced workers, ensuring they understand tasks, tools, and safety requirements.
