Insight Global is actively hiring multiple TS/SCI Cleared Palantir Foundry Field Service Representatives to join our team supporting a large DoW Program at Shaw Air Force Base in Sumter South Carolina.
In this role you will support mission-critical government and defense customers by serving as the primary interface between end users, mission stakeholders, and technical delivery teams, ensuring Palantir Foundry solutions are successfully deployed, adopted, and operationalized.
This role combines elements of Data analysis, Business Analysis, and Customer Success Engineering, requiring both technical expertise and strong customer engagement skills. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Foundry Platform, and work directly with operators, analysts, and leadership to transform complex data into actionable operational solutions that support real-world mission requirements. Experience training (formally or informally) on the use of Palantir Products and best practices would be a huge plus
Minimum job requirements include:
- Active Top Secret SCI Clearance
- 4 years supporting Military, Special Operations, or Intelligence Communities in a field service role or a related role.
- Recent hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Maven required (understanding of Ontology, Workflow, Slate, etc.).
- Foundational technical skills in data analysis, systems integration, platform deployment, data pipelines, SQL, Platform deployment, user adoption, and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with intelligence targeting and firing systems and fusing intelligence data
- Strong inter-personal and soft skills are required as you will be working with multiple units, training users on best practices, and potentially briefing senior leadership.
Insight Global is hiring multiple candidates for this role so exact pay will vary based on candidates background, depth of knowledge, location, and other factors. However, we anticipate paying 100K - 140K for these roles, as well as provide a comprehensive Benefits and 401k package.
Salary : $100,000 - $145,000
