A client of Insight Global is looking for a Field Site Coordinator to join their team in Jackson, MS. The Field Site Coordinator supports Field Service Leads and Operations leadership in the execution of commissioning, startup, and field service projects. This role is responsible for coordinating schedules, labor, materials, equipment, and documentation to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. Key responsibilities include monitoring project progress, tracking milestones and action items, coordinating site resources, supporting technician deployment, and identifying potential risks that may impact project schedules. The position maintains accurate project documentation, participates in site and project meetings, and serves as a liaison between field personnel, customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. The Field Service Coordinator also provides administrative and operational support for site readiness, project closeout activities, and commissioning-related tasks while promoting a professional, customer-focused approach and adherence to all safety and company policies. Other duties may be assigned as needed to support project and operational success.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• 2-3 years of project coordination or field service experience OR bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or electrical engineering
• Ability to manage multiple projects amongst different locations at once
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the region. Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle

Compensation:
$72,000 - $95,000/year Overtime Eligible
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
Salary : $72,000 - $95,000
