We’re partnering with a leading financial services organization in Cincinnati to hire a Mid-Level .NET Developer to support critical legal and compliance applications. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys backend development, modern technologies, and working on systems that directly impact regulatory and business operations.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and enhance enterprise applications with a strong focus on backend development
- Build and support RESTful APIs and scalable business applications
- Contribute to modernization efforts for a compliance-focused platform
- Analyze existing systems and recommend improvements to architecture and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to ensure stability and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in testing, deployment, and ongoing production support
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of professional software development experience
- Strong experience with .NET Core (v8 )
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React or Angular
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Experience building and supporting APIs and enterprise applications
- Exposure to AI/ML integrations or AI-enabled applications
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Blazor
- Familiarity with microservices or distributed systems
- Strong database and data integration experience
- Experience in regulated environments (finance, compliance, HR systems, etc.)
- Experience supporting system modernization or migration efforts

Salary : $88,000 - $135,000
