Overview
Seeking a Lead Construction Project Scheduler / Planner to support a major life sciences capital program. This role will lead scheduling across complex construction projects, ensure schedule accuracy, and partner with project controls, cost, and client teams to drive successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead scheduling efforts across projects or programs
- Build and maintain detailed, logic-driven schedules
- Set and manage baseline schedules
- Track progress, identify risks, and report on schedule performance
- Analyze critical path and key schedule drivers
- Assess schedule impacts from scope or design changes
- Ensure scheduling standards and reporting requirements are followed
- Lead planning sessions, schedule reviews, and progress meetings
- Work closely with project controls, cost teams, and leadership
- Provide clear schedule updates, forecasts, and recovery plans
- Advise teams and clients on schedule risks and mitigation strategies
- Maintain schedule accuracy and reliability throughout the project
Requirements
- 15 years of construction scheduling experience, including leadership
- Strong Primavera P6 experience (MS Project is a plus)
- Experience supporting construction projects; life sciences/pharma preferred
- Solid understanding of project controls, schedule risk, and critical path
Salary : $160,000 - $200,000
