Job Title: Payments Delivery Lead

Duration: 12 months extending

Pay Rate: $67.70/hr

Locations: Jersey City, NJ

Description:

Insight Global is looking for a Delivery Lead to join one of our Financial Clients in Jersey City, NJ. This Delivery Lead will be responsible for communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. Establishes the target outcomes in partnership with the stakeholders and leaders. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery. This role is open to Jersey City, NJ – 3 days onsite

• Lead delivery of projects within the payments domain
• Manage end to end execution of application and platform changes
• Ensure updates to payment systems are implemented successfully
• Coordinate across business, technology, and operations teams
• Track timelines, risks, and dependencies across multiple initiatives
• Support production releases and ensure system stability post deployment
• Work closely with stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities
• Identify and resolve issues that impact payment processing

Required Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects within payments or financial services
• Strong understanding of payment systems such as SWIFT, ACH, or wire transfers
• Proven experience managing application or platform level changes
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with SWIFT messaging systems
• Exposure to real time payments or modern payment platforms
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Background in large enterprise or banking environments
