Day‑to‑Day
- Troubleshooting and repairing servers
- Hardware diagnostics and component replacement
- Working tickets for incident management
- Supporting project and capacity work
- Very hands‑on, physical role (fixing things daily)
Must‑Haves (entry‑level friendly)
- Some IT experience is required (cannot be zero)
- Internship, student, in school, or desktop support all count
- 0–1 years of IT support experience (hardware, cabling, desktop support preferred)
- Experience working in a ticketing system
- Basic OS knowledge (Linux preferred)
- High‑level understanding of networking, storage, or scripting
- Able to lift ~35 lbs
- Comfortable working hands‑on in a production environment
Nice to Have
- Prior data center experience (enterprise‑scale is a plus, not required)
