Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a general contractor or construction management firm.
- Possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with industry-standard software, including Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
