Insight Global is seeking an Associate Program Manager for a large enterprise retail healthcare client. This individual will support construction and facilities‑related programs by coordinating stakeholders, tracking budgets, managing schedules, and ensuring projects move smoothly from early planning through execution. The role partners closely with Program Managers and Sponsors, providing day‑to‑day communication, financial tracking, risk identification, and cross‑functional coordination across architecture, engineering, store layout, operations, and construction teams. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting high‑visibility programs with significant capital budgets and strong exposure to enterprise‑level program management best practices.
Day-to-Day
- Support and manage construction-related programs and initiatives from concept through execution
- Coordinate day‑to‑day communication with sponsors and key stakeholders
- Track budgets and provide financial support for capital programs ($1M–$50M)
- Handle invoicing, meeting notes, and project documentation
- Schedule and facilitate stakeholder and cross‑functional meetings
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and help develop resolution plans
- Maintain project plans, milestones, and schedules using CVS program management tools
- Collaborate with Architecture & Engineering, Store Layout, Operations, Finance, and Construction teams
- Provide regular status updates and reporting on program performance
Must-Haves
- 3–5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience supporting and managing projects from early planning through execution
- Strong stakeholder and sponsor communication skills (email and meetings)
- Experience with budget tracking and financial support for capital programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, formulas)
- Experience creating and presenting materials in PowerPoint
- Ability to identify risks and proactively develop mitigation plans
- Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams
Plusses
- Retail or store‑based construction experience
- Experience with Tririga or similar financial/project management software
- Exposure to construction, store closures, or large‑scale rollout programs
- Experience supporting multiple concurrent project
