COMPENSATION ANALYST
ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Insight Global Compensation Team is responsible for setting, supporting, and administering processes and policies related to compensation and incentive management. The department is comprised of a team that processes weekly commission payouts, quarterly bonus payouts and yearly LTI statements, tracks sales contest standings, completes salary changes and benchmarking studies, and provides support to the sales organization regarding spread & commission questions.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Assist in the analysis, documentation, and administration of compensation and incentive programs
• Partner with high-level business leaders to communicate compensation changes for promotions and transfers into the program
• Ensure accurate and timely incentive compensation payments on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
• Support and assist employees with compensation questions, reports, and training
• Develop techniques and processes for compiling, preparing, and presenting compensation and performance data
• Compile monthly bonus estimates for financial forecasting
• Projects as directed by management
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and time management •
Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with data analytics is a plus.
• 3 Years Corporate experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve
• Strong organization skills with a keen ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and confidentiality
