Insight Global is seeking a Cloud Governance Observability Analyst for a top enterprise client undergoing a large-scale cloud governance transformation. This candidate will play a key role in establishing observability and reporting capabilities that provide visibility into governance processes, cloud policy adherence, operational performance, and transformation outcomes. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working with complex datasets, and experienced in building dashboards and actionable reporting that drive business decisions. Working closely with governance, engineering, and PMO stakeholders, this individual will deliver meaningful insights through metrics, logs, events, and operational data while helping shape the organization's cloud governance reporting framework. Day-to-Day:
- Support the buildout of Cloud Governance observability capabilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, metrics, and reporting solutions
- Analyze governance processes, cycle times, control outcomes, and operational KPIs
- Collect, cleanse, validate, and structure data from multiple sources
- Generate data-driven insights that improve governance visibility and decision-making
- Partner with Cloud Governance, engineering, and PMO teams
- Monitor governance performance and cloud policy adherence metrics
- Create executive and leadership-level reporting materials
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data visibility
- Support transformation programs with analytics and reporting deliverables
