Insight Global is seeking a Category Marketing Manager to join one of our manufacturing clients in Minnesota. This role involves conducting market research to understand market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, identifying opportunities and challenges for the organization and its products. The candidate will develop and implement global marketing strategies and go-to-market plans, measure KPIs, and prioritize marketing efforts based on customer value. They will champion demand generation strategies, foster customer loyalty, and apply technology and data to enhance market reach and streamline processes. This person will be heavily involved in product research, having to analyze VOC insights, segment markets, and understanding customer needs and gaps. They will use research to inform product strategies, optimize marketing efforts, and maintain a competitive edge.
This role is 5-days onsite in Rogers, MN.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 yrs of experience within the product marketing research
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and analyze VOC insights
- Experience working with and presenting to executive level leadership pertaining to new product development
