Job Title: Billing Analyst/Auditor
Location: Onsite – Downtown Indianapolis (Monument Circle)
Duration: 1 year on contract to potential hire
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
PR: $20-24/hr
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to work onsite with our utility client in downtown Indianapolis. This role involves manually transferring data between billing systems and requires a high level of accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual data entry from one billing system to another
- Manage a backlog of billing requests with varying daily volumes (from under 100 to several thousand)
- Maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks
- Collaborate effectively with team members
- Adapt to fluctuating workloads and unexpected daily changes
- Work comfortably in a corporate office environment with regular executive presence
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable with monotonous, screen-heavy tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus
- Professional demeanor in a corporate setting
