Required skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5 years ( ) of accounting experience in a manufacturing plant (or similar) environment.
• CPA license or eligible to take test.
• Experience with SAP S4/Hana, Oracle, or similar software.
• Ability to relocate to Woodward, OK (full relocation package and bonus offered).

Job description:

An oil and gas manufacturing plant in Woodard, OK is looking to hire a Plant Accounting Supervisor and Senior Accountant. The Plant Accounting Supervisor requires previous supervisor/ leadership experience, while the Senior Accountant does not. Key responsibilities for both roles include:

• Handle journal entries for product costing and complete monthly financial close.
• Prepare month-end financial statement analysis, key performance reports, and property tax reports/payments.
• Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and ensure compliance.
• Manage reporting for natural gas, electricity, and catalyst usage.
• Track capital projects and assist with audits, budget preparation, and quarterly updates.
• Prepare additional reports as requested by management.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
• Supervise and mentor Accountant and Senior Accountant staff.

Compensation: This role is a direct-hire/ full-time role with comprehensive benefits. Salary range is $90,000-$130,000 plus bonus and full relocation package.
