Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary school students in a collaborative educational environment. This is a full-time contract position for the 2025–2026 school year, with the potential for renewal or permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 students (K–5)
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with on-site professionals including occupational therapists, learning specialists, and autism behavioral specialists
- Deliver direct therapy and consultative services in accordance with student IEPs
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Oregon
- Experience working with special education students
- Proficiency in writing and implementing IEPs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in an elementary school setting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
