Insight Global is searching for a Registered Nurse that will be responsible for preparing patients for treatments/surgeries, delivering intensive care to critically ill pediatric PICU patients with medical/surgical conditions, evaluating post-procedural care, and monitoring for life-threatening issues. This person will safely operate and monitor advanced equipment (e.g., ventilators, monitors, defibrillators, EKG machines) for patients with central lines, arterial lines, and ventilators; communicate effectively with healthcare teams; educate patients/families on care plans, self-management, and follow-up; address psychological/cultural needs; recover patients from anesthesia/sedation; float to pediatric wards as needed; and assist with medical transports.
