What are the responsibilities and job description for the GI Call Center Representative (3-Month Contract) position at Insight Global Healthcare?
Day To Day:
- Scheduling for GI appointments: commonly colonoscopy
- Environment: cubical setting
- Each call lasting 3:30-5 minutes
- Training: 1 on 1 with a current employee for the first few weeks
- Metrics: QA, monitored calls, constructive criticism, handle time and accuracy
- Highly structured environment and metrics based (notified for breaks- they get two 15-minute breaks and half hour lunch)
Duration: 3-month contract potential extensions
Hours: M-F – 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
MUST HAVES:
- Customer service & Call Center experience
- Longevity in roles
- Computer savvy, comfortable navigating between different software
- Coachable
- Critical thinking, good instincts, adaptable
