Duration: Full Time/ Permanent Location: Greater Seattle Area 43Shift: Flexible!! (Clinic is only open from the hours of 7:30-5:30pm M-F though)Required Skills 1 year of experience as an RN1 years of nursing experience in endoscopy, ICU, or ED ASNWA RN license Day to Day Works closely with team members to ensure accurate assessment and delivery of the appropriate level of care for each patientFosters professional relationships and communicates relevant information to other members of the health care teamUtilizes problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to build and maintain effective working relationships with peers.Maintain professional guidelines and departmental standardsApplies evidence-based practices and creative problem-solving to optimize patient outcomes and procedural efficiencyEngages in open and transparent communication with leadership to address concerns and improve departmental performanceLead Innovation: We lead with creativity, agility and think bold in our approach.Actively contributes to process improvement and innovation projects within the department to optimize patient care delivery.Deepen Connections: We build strong relationships with our patients, their families and partners in the communities we serve.Develops rapport with patients to ensure comfort, understanding and participation in their plan of care
