The Opportunity

You’ll be the senior technical authority on-site, leading mechanical operations, developing your team, driving maintenance strategy, and ensuring the site continues to run at world-class standards.

You’ll make your mark through:

• Leading and developing a high-performing technical team
• Shaping maintenance strategy and operational excellence
• Managing budgets and identifying improvements that move performance forward
• Acting as the trusted technical voice for tenants, vendors & senior stakeholders
• Overseeing all major building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life safety)
