Inside Track Garage Door Service is launching residential service in the Memphis metro, and we're hiring experienced garage door service technicians for our Nesbit, Mississippi team.

This is an experienced service technician position, not an entry-level position.

If you already know the garage door trade and can independently run residential service calls, diagnose problems, complete repairs and work professionally with homeowners, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

You'll independently run residential garage door service calls throughout the Memphis/DeSoto County area.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspecting and diagnosing residential garage door problems
• Repairing springs, cables, drums, rollers, tracks, bearings and related hardware
• Diagnosing common garage door opener/operator problems
• Identifying causes rather than simply replacing visibly failed parts
• Explaining findings and repair options clearly to homeowners
• Completing repairs safely and professionally
• Documenting inspections and completed work
• Maintaining your service vehicle and inventory

Who We're Looking For

You should already have professional garage door service and repair experience.

We're specifically looking for someone who can independently diagnose and repair residential garage door systems after learning the Inside Track service process.

We value technicians who are dependable, mechanically strong, comfortable talking with homeowners, willing to follow a defined process and willing to speak up constructively when something can be improved.

Inside Track will train you on our systems, technology, service process and standards.

We are not expecting you to arrive knowing how Inside Track operates. We are expecting you to already know the garage door trade.

This position requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Employment Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to reliably report to our Nesbit, Mississippi shop
• Successful completion of a background check
• Successful completion of a drug screening

Location

Technicians report to our shop in Nesbit, Mississippi, near Hernando, and serve customers throughout DeSoto County and the Memphis metro.
