As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be part of a dynamic team offering exclusive TV spots, a unique opportunity that’s generating high interest and high close rates. HOW MANY?
We’re seeking 10 remote Inside Sales Representatives with a high standard of professionalism and ambition to help us expand this exciting venture. If you’re enthusiastic about connecting with people, have experience in high-ticket sales, and are excited by the potential to earn $150- $250k OTE, read on!
WHAT YOU'LL DO EVERYDAY / EXPECTATIONS
- Conduct 15 calls per day (30 mins) with prospective applicants, who have applied and done an application - each scheduled for 30 minutes on zoom video, you will learn about them, then if a good fit with a cool story, you will be presenting the unique value of being featured on Inside Success TV and the perks for them.
- Guide clients through our application and screening process, ensuring they understand the powerful benefits of a TV spot but don't mis sell or sell unethically.
- Track and manage leads daily, maintaining accurate records and ensuring all compliance and admin tasks are completed
- Represent Inside Success TV with professionalism and enthusiasm, as the face of our brand in each interaction
- You will be responsible to text all your leads daily, and email them in the AM. This takes 20-30 minutes.
- You will be required to do a daily report taking 15 minutes at end of each day
WHAT YOU’LL EARN
- Commission-Only Structure: Start by earning 10% on all closed sales, selling packages ranging from $5,000 to $50,000.
- Progress to higher % tiers and also sell 100k and 200k packages.
- OTE: On-Target Earnings projected between $60,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on your sales volume and skill. This is the lowest range for a rep after a couple of months, and the upper range for our top couple of reps.
- Immediate Start: Join our team and start selling immediately, with the support of warm leads and a high-conversion offer.

- Proven experience in high-ticket sales, especially within media, advertising, or consulting
- Ability to handle a high call volume with a calm, professional demeanor and top-tier communication skills
- Track record of compliance and ability to follow established protocols for admin and reporting tasks
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for helping clients succeed
- Dedication to meeting and exceeding sales targets while maintaining brand standards
- Willingness to record all calls to ensure transparency and quality
- 3 Years in Sales
